McDonald's

We walked out ... after being told we can only order withers the kiosk, then the kiosk attendand told us we have to order at the register because we had a special order. Lots of people running around ABSOLUTLY no one had time to help us without a number from the kiosk! Honestly, being treated like a number, being ignored as a human, left as a non customer.

It was constantly kept clean... the staff there have a "good eye for detail " when it comes to customers...We stopped in our way back to Orlando. Walked in and never regretted it!

First time I have ever seen a McDonalds being filthy. Lots of employees on deck, but no one cleaning the most obvious places at least. Service was fast and employees were friendly.

I only come here for a Sweet tea now and then...maybe breakfast but when I do, my favorite employee Catessa really makes my day with her wonderful customer service and beautiful smile. I've never had a bad experience with my food or service at the Wauchula McDonald's.

My bun was stale. My coffee took linger then all my food.

Got to have iced coffee every morning

I would leave zero stars if that was an option. Absolutely rude and lacking experience with customer service. Obviously a complete management fail. Choose the wendy's or burger King fast food in the area! It started with NOBODY responding to start our order outside as we watched 4 cars on the other side go in from of us. We even yelled to get their attention and no response nor did that apologize when we brought our frustration to their attention. Their response was that best time we should use the other lane???? You never even spoke on our side... there was nothing wrong when you decided to use it. And then, they give us 4 packets of ketchup for 4 full meals!!! When we asked for more, it was beyond obvious that this location is only in business by luck... total disappointment. I'll make sure to let everyone there know of how bad your staff represents the all American McDonald's brand.

Was very disorganized, left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, and they also had cars lined up waiting for their orders.Must be under new ownership, it was never like this before !!

Fresh hot food and the drive thru was fast and the service was excellent

We do not like McDonald's in Wauchula because they're too slow and they have plenty enough helpers, another customer called them rude. This morning we went for breakfast and they completely have it messed up. I received sausage patty when I wanted bake him. My daughter's did not have it at all nor the hotcakes. One of the other biggie breakfast only had one slice of bacon. That's them being cheap.

When you ask for Ketchup and they say its in the bag , you would expect it to be there. They deserve less than 1 star.

Too busy and very few employeesSlow process but good service

Although the food was prepared correctly and just as good as any other McDonald's, the drive through was lacking. This location has a dual drive through which is slowly becoming a normal thing and it's normal to expect 1 or 2 cars to get ahead of you in this style of drive through. This one however, had the car in front of me wait to even begin ordering as 2 cars came through the other line, once the car ahead of me ordered I pulled up to the speaker and waited. 3 cars get served in the other line before my line's speaker came on for my order, a grand total of 5 people who arrived in the drive through after me got served before me. Not cool, and even after waiting in the line for roughly 8 minutes I still had to pull to the parking spot as if my small order of a burger and fries was somehow holding up the line.

1 hour in drive thru... no explanation... fries were burned... food wasn't even hot..

I'm not sure why the drive through girl thought that I deserved an attitude and should be spoken to like I'm stupid! I couldn't feel personally attacked, she was rude to everyone. When we went to pay I watched her talk to other vehicles and roll her eyes... The food was fine, McDs breakfast is yum.

Sucked tea was water and medium fries was half full left my child's food out

Not sure if anyone told this location that they are fast food? Service was exceptionally slow. Was in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Plus I could hear the workers being rude to each other and that is just unprofessional

Clean, good service, employs youth for starter work learning, quality examples of proper McDonald's food preparation, and relaxed dining area policy.

If I could rate a zero I would. Always messing up our orders. Can NEVER get anything right. Always get an attitude when you correct them about your meals you ordered. So unprofessional.

Love the remodel. Customer service associates are friendly. Food is good.

Just like all McDonald's over priced, but it is fast !

Always consistent and fantastically delicious.We love the fatty brisket but they also serve the lean as well.Always get the bread pudding as one side and save room for the dessert.And a must drink is the cherrywine cola from the soda machine.

Worst fries I've had.. By far. All but 3 were completely stale/ solid/ hard/ cold. I know it was late (12:15am), but I was the 3rd car in line and there's no excuse to serve garbage when you're open 24 hours. At least I know from the wait that my quarter pounder came right off the grill but it was so greasy it needed a seatbelt to stay on the bun. Maybe during peak times the quality is better?

Did not receive my entire order. Refused to give me all my food. Claim they already gave it to me when I clearly did not leave the drove thru. It was apparent the car in front of me received my food

Fantastic indoor breakfast service. Ready within 4 minutes or less. I notice they strive to keep the locale regularly clean. I come here every rare occasion in the morning. This particular McDonald's is unique because they play chill jazz music in the morning, I presume it lasts all day perhaps all the time but I love it. Wow. Feels cozy. Why can't more McDonald's do this!? Probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I am truly satisfied.

Services was bad cashier rude and eating food at register while taking my order and gave me wrong food

Says it’s open online waited in line since 11 39 just to have an employee say they are closed . So much for 24/7

Several employees at this location really needs some customer service training. There attitude, making fun of people in the drive through window when they can be heard is so not what any company needs.

In here eating breakfast and a women brings in a fog and has it setting on the seat and feeding it food. This is not right only service dogs are supposed to be in a food establishment not pets. This is in healthy.

Been there twice recently. Both times, the lobby was empty, the drive-thru had a few cars. Took over 5 minutes just to get an ice cream cone and an apple pie.

For some reason this place has gotten very slow and always mixing up my orders. Sorry but this place needs to get better. If someone of the people there worked as hard as they stand around talking it would be great. There is a couple of hard working people there but they work in the morning time usually

Now they try yo improve the service with the screens where you order they print a ticket and go to the cashier and pay and go to sit and use those numbers for when they bring your order, nice try, and even the staff is little more committed to do the extra.

Worst McDonald's ever.... Street keeping me 25 mins waiting for a double wooper sandwich, rep was disrespectful simply because I asked her to refund me. I couldn't wait any longer... She couldn't even apologise. Manager offered to give the sandwich free, but refused because of the level of service. Employees need to be thought customer service

Quick cheap eats . Food is hot ..fresh..

No biscuit and gravy, also the biscuits are from the freezer, not freshly made. Quality just isn't the same as the fresh made biscuits. I will never visit a McDonald's in Florida ever again

Ordered 2 unsweet tea's with lemon and a cinnamelt today in drive thru...pulled off and took a sip...its sweet and there's no 🍋..turned around and went inside where the cashier fixed it.Mistakes are common at this McDonald's.

The food was fresh, coffee was hot and the service was friendly.

Disappointed....ordered 2 steak egg and cheese bagels with 2 large orange juice. They gave me two 12 oz drinks. Questioned them about it and was told that the drink sizes changed. Called corporate and was told that the drink should have been a 22oz. So i was charged $2.29 for a 12 oz drink.

It kept us from starvation and falling asleep at the wheel on the way back from Orlando but other then that, not much. Greasy gross French fries (yes I know it's a mcdonalds and to not expect much, but as plus sized fast food lover I know the difference between really fatnin fries from dripping with fat fries), coffee tasted burnt, service seemed just lacking in training. But such is life, we all have our bad days.

Clean nice store. Very busy. Good food.

This visit I'm describing was a few weeks ago. The trash was overflowing inside. The tables were dirty. As the Manager was walking out the door for the day.

Lukewarm coffee is never a good thing... And inexcusable @ 6:30 in the morning

I don't live in this little town but I've been to this store quite a few times when I've stopped here for business or traveled through for business. My only real complaint about this store is the limited parking. There are only a few non-handicapped spots near the store entrance so unless you get one of those you have a little trek across a very busy drive through, and it seems cars are always jockeying for position.Otherwise, this is a McDonald's experience consistent with all other McDonalds. The food is decent and fast.
